Our Wellbeing Walks help people enjoy the benefits of nature, gentle movement and social connection. Each guided walk is friendly, relaxed and designed to support both mental and physical wellbeing.

We run these walks with the support of local councils, nature reserves, the national park, health networks, and community organisations. Working together allows us to offer safe, enjoyable routes that encourage people of all ages and abilities to spend more time outdoors.
