The Wellsynergy Project CIC is a wellbeing organisation working throughout Wales to deliver nature-based health education and accessible emotional support. We focus on early intervention, preventative wellbeing, and the creation of safe, inclusive spaces for people to reconnect with nature.
As a Community Interest Company (CIC), we reinvest into communities, ensuring that our programmes remain accessible, sustainable and genuinely beneficial to local wellbeing.

Our mission is to support healthier, more resilient communities across Wales by offering nature-based wellbeing opportunities that help people manage stress, improve emotional wellbeing, and rediscover their connection with the natural world.
Through outdoor mental health support, reflective nature practices, and community learning, we aim to provide gentle, early-stage wellbeing pathways accessible to everyone.
We believe wellbeing should be accessible, inclusive, and rooted in community. Nature forms the foundation of our approach, supporting emotional healing and resilience. Prevention is central to our mission, helping reduce the need for crisis interventions, while sustainability guides us to care both for people and the environment.
