Our hub in Crai is a dedicated nature-based wellbeing centre offering peaceful indoor and outdoor environments for emotional support, reflective practice and outdoor learning. Located in the Brecon Beacons, it is one of Wales’ unique wellbeing spaces designed specifically for preventative, nature-connected support.

The hub combines woodland, running water, open outdoor spaces and an indoor workshop area, allowing us to offer year-round wellbeing sessions, workshops, retreats and community events.
Forests – Forest Bathing & Grounding: The forests surrounding our hub provide ideal conditions for forest bathing, mindfulness, sensory awareness and grounding practices shown to reduce stress and support emotional stability.
Streams – Cold Water Dips: Our guided cold-water dipping sessions take place in safe, carefully chosen stream areas, helping participants explore resilience, calmness and mental clarity.
Quarry Area – Bushcraft & Outdoor Skills: This natural space supports outdoor learning such as fire making, shelter building, tool skills and wild cooking workshops.
Wild Camping Areas – Overnight Experiences: Supported wild camping experiences allow deeper immersion in nature and extended reflective practice.
Workshop Area – Indoor Wellbeing Activities: Our indoor workshop area is designed for yoga, breathwork, movement sessions, reflective circles, and educational workshops, offering a calm, sheltered alternative during poor weather.

We host wellbeing workshops, mindfulness sessions, sensory nature walks, bushcraft training, seasonal wellbeing events, reflective retreats, and health education sessions. Every activity is shaped by nature connection and preventative wellbeing principles.
The Crai hub is a welcoming, accessible space where people can pause, reconnect, and gain confidence. It supports community-led projects, outdoor learning, personal growth and inclusive wellbeing opportunities for people of all ages.
